Clause list
Every clause is classified as Aligned, Partial Deviation, Full Deviation, or Additional Clause (one the client added that isn't in your standard terms), and rated High or Medium risk. Filter by status or risk to focus on what matters. Each row shows the client's clause verbatim next to Loonar's assessment and, where a rewording was possible, a proposed fallback.
Reviewing a clause
Open any clause to see it side by side with the source document, scrolled to the exact page. Loonar shows the client's clause verbatim and its risk rating, then either a proposed rewording or a note explaining that none could be proposed, because no content-library document was found to ground one.
Where a rewording is proposed, it's drafted from your content library and shown as tracked changes against the client's version. You can also ask for a specific change in plain language, regenerate the draft, or leave a comment for whoever finalizes the clause.
